WHAT IS COVERED?
KEENZ US warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to six (6) months from the date of the original purchase if the product is not registered with KEENZ US, or one (1) year from the date of original purchase if the product is registered with KEENZ US within six (6) months of the original purchase date of the product. WHO IS COVERED? This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to any other person. The product must have been assembled and maintained per the product instructions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not cover:
- KEENZ Parts and accessories that were not supplied by KEENZ US
- Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, other abnormal use, storage damage, or use of the product other than for its intended purpose
- Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
- Any modifications or alterations of the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear
- Any other cause or damage not arising from defects in material and workmanship

SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Your sole and exclusive remedy and KEENZ US’s exclusive liability under this Limited Warranty is for KEENZ US, at its option, to either repair or replace the defective product. Repaired or replaced products will be warranted to the end of the warranty period set forth above for the product or 90 days from the repair or replacement of the product, whichever occurs first.
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty made to you for the product and is provided in lieu of any other express or implied warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications. EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEENZ US HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KEENZ US OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF KEENZ US HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Extended Warranty assumes parts and assemblies are in stock at the time of request. Due to availability there could be delays in receiving replacement parts. If the 7s is discontinued and for some reason parts are no longer available at the time of claim, a pro-rata share of the extended warranty value will be credited to the customer if an extended warranty plan was purchased.
KEENZ US does not authorize any person to assume or create for it any obligation or liability in connection with the product other than as expressly set forth herein.
