Let’s Imagine a World – Contest Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 15, 2025
1. Eligibility
The Let’s Imagine a World Contest (the “Contest”) is open to registered institutions in the continental United States, including schools, daycares, and organizations that serve children. Individual submissions from students or families not associated with a registered institution will not be considered.
2. Contest Entry
- Institutions must register through the official form by October 27, 2025.
- Only one entry (poster) per institution is permitted.
- Entries must be posted on October 31, 2025 via a public Instagram or Facebook account.
- Each post must include the following hashtags:
- #LetsImagineAWorldKeenz
- #KeenzAtYourSchool
- #KeenzContest
3. Content Guidelines
Entries must consist of a group artwork created by children within the registered institution. Entries must not include:
- Photographs of children, students, or minors
- Personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, ages, or locations of minors
- Offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
Any entry including images of children or PII will be automatically disqualified.
4. Judging & Scoring
Winners will be determined based on social media engagement using the following point system:
- 1 Like = 1 Point
- 1 Share = 2 Points
Engagement will be counted from October 31 to December 10, 2025. Winners will be announced on December 15, 2025.
5. Prizes
Three winners will be selected per region (Northeast, Midwest, South, and West), for a total of 12 winners:
- 1st place per region: Two (2) Keenz XC6 EVO wagons
- 2nd and 3rd place per region: One (1) Keenz XC6 EVO wagon each
6. Participation Recognition
All institutions that submit a valid entry will receive a special thank-you reward from Keenz following the contest. Details will be provided directly via email to participating institutions.
7. Intellectual Property
By entering the contest, participants (schools/institutions) grant Keenz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted artwork in marketing materials, digital platforms, and promotional content.
Keenz will not publish or use any artwork that includes:

Student names

Faces or identifiable images of minors

Any private or personally identifiable student information (PII)
Any entry found to include such information will be automatically disqualified in accordance with Section 3 (Content Guidelines).
8. Privacy & Safety
Keenz takes child safety seriously. This contest prohibits the inclusion of any student photos or PII. Any content violating this rule will be disqualified and may be reported in accordance with applicable child privacy protection laws.
9. Additional Terms
- Keenz reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these rules or that violate platform guidelines.
- Decisions by the judging panel are final and not subject to dispute.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- This contest is not sponsored by or affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.
