Our Return Policy:
We have a 30-day Return Policy on all products purchased directly from www.keenz.us. Customers may return products within 30 days of purchase for any reason if the item is in new condition with all of the original packaging and materials. Returns will be credited for the product only (no refunds on shipping charges) and are subject to a restocking fee.

- After you fill out the form, will email you a pre-paid return shipping label in 1-2 business days.
- Within 10 days of receiving your approval and shipping label, your return must be received by our warehouse.
- Drop the package off at the correct carrier facility for shipment:

- Once the package returns to our facility, please allow 5 business days for the item to be inspected.
- Once the refund is initiated, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to the original account used to purchase the item(s).

Returns for gifts must be done with the original purchaser and successful returns will be credited back to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee Information
Fees are PER ITEM
- 2 Passenger Wagons - Restock Flat Fee: $50.00
- 4 Passenger Wagons - Restock Flat Fee: $75.00
- Accessories: $10.00
Wheel use, stains and/or missing package – Restock Flat Fee + 25% Purchase Price
Missing parts and/or damaged – Restock Flat Fee + 50% Purchase Price
Refusal of Package
If your wagon has shipped and you refuse to accept the package or request to return to sender, you will still be charged the restocking fee upon delivery back to our facility.
Final Sale, Open-Box, and Custom-Made Items
Final sale, open box items, and custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Open Box items, which are thoroughly inspected prior to sale, are considered final sale items and cannot be returned.
At this time, we do not have an exchange option. To exchange, you should follow the steps above for the return. You can repurchase the item whenever you’d like in the return process or wait for the funds to return to your account.
Items purchased through other sellers
Our wagons are sold on other websites, such as Amazon.com, Target.com, and Walmart.com. We also have authorized retailers, such as Pish Posh Baby, Albee Baby, and others.
Items purchased from other retailers or websites must be returned according to the specific retailer's policies and procedures. If you need to return a purchase made from one of these retailers, you’ll need to reach out to them direct to initiate the return.
