Return Eligibility
You may return your product within 30 days of purchase as long as it is:

In new, unused condition

Complete with all original parts and all original packaging
Refunds are issued for the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important: A return fee will apply only if the item is used, damaged, or returned without all original parts and/or all original packaging.
Return Fees (Only When Applicable)
If an item is not returned in like-new condition or is missing any original parts or original packaging, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:

Wheel use, light wear, stains, or missing any packaging:
Restock Flat Fee + 25% of Purchase Price -
Missing parts or product damage:
Restock Flat Fee + 50% of Purchase Price
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender after it has shipped, the applicable fee will be applied once it returns to our facility.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing components, please notify us within:

How to Start a Return
Click here to begin your return. Once submitted, we will email your pre-paid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping Instructions

Your return must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your approval and label.

Drop your package at the appropriate carrier location (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
After Your Return Arrives

Inspection may take up to 5 business days.

Gift returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order.
Purchases from Other Retailers
Items purchased from third-party sellers (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.) must be returned through that retailer’s return process.
What Is “Free Returns” Coverage?
If you add Free Returns Coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included—allowing you to return any item(s) at no cost.
If you do not add coverage, you may still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns must follow the guidelines outlined in this policy, including returning items with all original parts and all original packaging.
