- Hi Mimi, We currently have Front Stock Wheels and Rear Stock Wheels in stock! We are out of stock on the All-Terrain Wheel Set and individual All-Terrain Wheel replacement -- However we have more All-Terrain Wheel Set's on order from our manufacturer! The ETA is end of January 2022. No, the Rear Wheels cannot be substituted for the Front Wheels. For the Keenz 7S model 2 rear wheels and 2 front wheels are neccesary. Please send us some photos of your issue to: support@betteroptionsco.com and we are happy to help diagnose your Keenz and refer to to replacement parts accordingly!
