"*editing to add that I just realized this is for the replacement fabric, so with that said: we received the replacement fabric quickly and it was in perfect condition. The box was enough to protect the fabric from being damaged in transit and thankfully this time the fabric wasn’t damaged inside a perfectly intact box like the XC+ was when it arrived. Wonderful customer service and recommend the brand to everyone we meet!* We love our XC+! Our kids are 5.5 (35lbs), and 2.5 year-old twins (28lbs and 26lbs). They all love to ride and pushing them all in it (and all of our stuff for a day of fun) is a BREEZE! We even took it down to the Oregon beach in dry sand; my husband pulled and I pushed. It was not difficult! The wagon was filled to the brim with the children and the things we needed to last all day at the beach! I was also able to take the kids to the zoo by myself with no problem at all and got them set up with the coolest picnic ever inside the wagon…no wiping down sticky zoo tables, no falling out of uncomfortable chairs. Even my husband who was skeptical that we would need it considering the ages of our children, rants and raves about it to everyone he can! He likens it to the song from Encanto: “What Else Can *It* Do?!” Only downside is we can’t take it to Disney because we don’t have a medical need. If they allowed wagons, we wouldn’t even own another stroller…it’s that great! Oh, and I’m 5’1”, 110lbs, and I can easily toss this thing into the back of our Honda Odyssey by myself…no issues! Best. Purchase. Ever!"
